Computer scoring in boxing was invented by the President of AIBA Professor Anwar Chowdhry .

The first version of the boxing scoring software and hardware was created in VISTI (Moscow USSR) by Semion Rikhtman and Vladimir Pekkel and used at Moscow World Championship in 1989.
Current PC version was launched by Vladimir Kaplun in the beginning of 90th.
Now it is used by more than 100 federations all across the World.

It meets the new AIBA rule for the tiebreak.
It is just created and for the time being has to be considered as a Beta version.
